🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Garlic Chilli Crunch Cheese Toasties
The toastie, now with a criminal streak.
You'll need: 4 slices thick white bread; 1 cup grated cheddar; 2 tbsp Crunchy Garlic Chilli Oil; Butter for the outside.
Do this:
- Butter one side of each slice and lay two slices butter-side down.
- Spread a tablespoon of the garlic chilli oil over each, pile on the cheese and top with the remaining slices, butter-side up.
- Cook in a pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes a side until golden and the cheese has melted.
Why it works: Medium heat gives the cheese time to melt before the bread goes too dark.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
