🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Beer-Braised Smokey Snags
Snag night, promoted to the captain's table.
You'll need: 8 thick beef sausages; 2 onions, sliced; 375ml can of beer; 125ml Republic Smokey BBQ Sauce; 8 bread rolls.
Do this:
- Grill the snags for 8 minutes to colour.
- Put them in a tray with the onions and beer and simmer on the BBQ with the hood down for 15 minutes, until they reach 71°C.
- Stir through the sauce and cook 5 more minutes until sticky. Serve in rolls.
