🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: General's Chicken and Veg Traybake
One jar, one tray, everyone fed.
You'll need: 8 bone-in chicken thighs; 500g baby potatoes, halved; 2 zucchini, cut into chunks; 3 tbsp olive oil; 2 tbsp Republic The General Rub.
Do this:
- Toss everything in the oil and rub and rest 15 to 20 minutes.
- Roast at 200°C for 45 to 50 minutes, until the chicken reaches 75°C and the potatoes are golden.
