Our Carolina Mustard Sauce is a full flavour mustard bomb! This rich and tangy sauce goes great on everything from pulled pork burgers to salads.

A great accompaniment to any BBQ or lunch snack that you can think of. Go on - Slap It On!!

Ingredients: Water, Cider Vinegar, Sugar, White Vinegar, Mustard Powder, Butter, Soy Sauce, Salt, Spices, Garlic, Stabilizer (Xanthan).

Carolina gold, smuggled home in a squeeze bottle: tangy, rich and loud with mustard. Rub a pork shoulder with Sucklebusters Hog Waller Pork Rub, smoke it to 95°C, pull it and toss the meat through a good slug of this. Pile it on soft rolls with slaw and a few drops of Fancy Hanks Habanero & Carrot Hot Sauce. Slap it on, then hide the bottle.

🏴‍☠️ Darryl's Secret: Carolina Pulled Pork Rolls

Tang, smoke and a squeeze of mischief.

You'll need: 2.5kg pork shoulder; 4 tbsp pork rub; 1 cup Mustard Sauce; 8 soft rolls; 2 cups coleslaw.

Do this:

  1. Rub the shoulder all over and smoke at 120°C until it probes tender at 93–95°C, around 10–12 hours.
  2. Wrap and rest for 1 hour, then pull the meat and discard any fat.
  3. Toss the pork through ½ cup of Mustard Sauce while it's warm.
  4. Pile onto rolls with slaw and squeeze over more sauce to taste.

Why it works: The sharp vinegar and mustard cut straight through the rich pork fat.
