SuckleBusters Lemon Pepper Garlic was built for grilling seafood. Large flakes of sea salt, black pepper and garlic carry a bright lemon note from lemon oil and lemon juice powder, giving the salty-tart lift that suits any fish — and it's just as handy on chicken.

SuckleBusters says the blend was inspired by trips to Treasure Cay on Abaco in the Bahamas, home of a cracking grilled fish sandwich.

Big flakes of sea salt, black pepper, garlic and real lemon — made for grilled seafood and inspired by a beach-side fish sandwich. Season snapper fillets, grill them hot, then stack on soft rolls with Republic Smash Sauce and a few shakes of Fancy Hanks Jalapeño & Peach. Just as good on chicken. Holiday flavour, smuggled home.

🏴‍☠️ Darryl's Secret: Grilled Fish Sandwich

Island lunch, no plane ticket.

You'll need: 4 snapper fillets, about 150g each; 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Garlic Rub; 1 tbsp oil; 4 soft rolls; Shredded lettuce.

Do this:

  1. Brush the fish with oil and season both sides.
  2. Grill on a hot oiled plate for 3–4 minutes per side until it flakes easily.
  3. Toast the rolls, add lettuce and the fish, and dress as you like.

Why it works: The coarse salt flakes give a light crust without masking the fish.
