Beef Bounce is Aaron Palmer's low-and-slow beef rub, with coffee working quietly in the background to build a dark, savoury bark. Salt, pepper and garlic do the classic beef work; the coffee adds richness and colour that suits a long cook down to the ground.

The flavour

Savoury salt and cracked pepper lead, garlic and onion fill the middle, and roasted coffee brings a deep, almost chocolatey richness to the finish. No sweetness overload, no chilli — just big, beefy depth built for the smoker.

How to cook with it

  • Rub a whole brisket the night before and smoke low and slow for a black, coffee-dark bark.
  • Season beef short ribs heavily before a long cook.
  • Crust a standing rib roast or scotch fillet before roasting.
  • Work it into burger patties for a deep, savoury edge.
  • Wrap through the stall to push a big cut over the line.

A dark, coarse blend flecked with coffee and cracked pepper — it pours cleanly and grips a slicked cut, laying down deep colour as it cooks.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
