The flavour
Front: slow-cooked, sweet onion.
Mid: spiced cider vinegar with cinnamon, clove and ginger.
Finish: a savoury redcurrant depth and a clean tang.

Twelve minutes to the best thing on the grazing board.
You'll need: 1 whole brie or camembert (about 200g); 2 tbsp Original Onion Marmalade; Crusty bread.
Do this:
- Score the top of the cheese and spoon the marmalade over.
- Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until soft in the middle. Serve with bread.
