Gran Luchito — the "Great Little Fighter" — brings genuine Mexican firepower to an Aussie kitchen. Handmade in Mexico from slow-smoked chipotle and rare Mexican chillies, it's built on real technique, not a supermarket shortcut.

The range runs a Chipotle Paste and a Chipotle Fajita & Taco Mix, both Non-GMO, and both made for steak, chicken, pulled pork, tacos and fajitas — anywhere a proper Mexican feed needs backbone.

Start with the Chipotle Paste, a thick, glossy jar that builds smoky, then sweet, then hot in a single spoonful, and pair it with the Fajita & Taco Mix — two-thirds real chipotle, hand-blended and streets ahead of a sad little sachet.

The difference is in the smoking: slow-smoked chipotle gives every jar a rounded, woody heat instead of a flat chilli burn, the kind of depth you only get from doing it properly.
