Elk Creek Bar-B-Q Co. was built by Cam Day out of Elk City, Oklahoma — a competition-rub outfit born on the American barbecue trail, still run out of the same Sooner State home turf today. Rubs, seasonings and Southern fry mixes, blended small-batch and made in the USA for beef, pork, chicken and seafood alike.

Load the Elk Creek shaker with Cajun Stinger Seasoning for Creole-heat prawns and chicken, or Delta Soul Fish Fry Mix for a cornmeal-crisp Southern fry. One Love Spice Island Jerk Rub brings real Caribbean heat to the grill; Beef Shake Steak Seasoning — an SCA award-winner — and the mahogany-bark Texas Red Rub handle the big beef cooks.
