Coast n Smoke is a Torquay outfit, built on Victoria's rugged south-west coast by Troy and Claire — a down-to-earth pair who'd rather be checking the swell or minding the smoker than doing much else, and it shows in everything they bottle.

The range runs rubs, seasonings and a proper bacon cure, all mixed in small batches right there on the coast — built to make good produce taste even better on chicken wings, pork shoulder, a slow-cooked brisket, steak off the plate grill, even roast veg.

Start with the best-selling Winki-POP Dust, the all-rounder that started it all and an award finalist that lands on just about anything from wings to cauliflower, then round it out with the umami-loaded, competition-winning T-Rub for real depth on a proper low-and-slow cook.
