Gran Luchito's Chipotle Paste is the "Great Little Fighter's" knockout punch — a thick, glossy chilli paste handmade in Mexico from a secret blend of chipotle and rare Mexican chillies. One spoonful adds serious smoky depth to just about anything you cook. Warning: it's the kind of jar you end up adding to everything.
The flavour
It builds in three acts: smokiness from the slow-smoked chipotle first, then a mellow sweetness from caramelised onion and dark agave, and finally the heat kicks in. Rich, jammy and glossy, with a proper chilli punch — a little goes a long way.
How to cook with it
- Rub it straight into steak or chicken before they hit the grill.
- Stir a spoonful through chilli con carne, curries or a pot of beans.
- Cook slow 'n low with pulled pork or brisket for smoky depth.
- Spread onto fajitas, or spice up huevos rancheros of a weekend.
- Rogue move: blend with sour cream or mayo for a smoky taco sauce or dip.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
