Runout

Genuine end-of-run stock, exactly as it sounds — batches being wound down, short-dated jars nearing their best-before, and the last of a line before it's gone for good. Every product here is quality-checked before it ships; nothing's damaged and nothing's dodgy, it's simply stock we need to move on, priced to clear rather than sit on a shelf.

Most of what lands here is sauce and seasoning built for the grill and smoker rather than the pantry shelf — glaze a rack of ribs, baste a pulled pork shoulder, or shake a rub over chicken before it hits the coals. Nothing in Runout needs special handling, it's simply priced lower with a shorter runway.

Right now that means Blues Hog's Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce and Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce in the glass jar, a run of Blues Hog shaker seasonings from Cajun Bayou to Bold & Beefy, Kosmos Q's OP-X 1 and Apple Chipotle sauces, and Rum and Que's Umami Port & Black Garlic Sauce — real, in-date, full-strength product from brands already trusted across the rest of the site.

The only thing different about a Runout product is the shelf life or the production run, never the flavour — same recipe, same batch quality, just closer to its use-by date or being wound down for a new label or pack size.
