Dirty Bird Nashville is Rum and Que's fiery fried-chicken seasoning and coating — built to bring that hot, red, cayenne-slicked Nashville flavour to your own kitchen. Use it as a seasoning through the flour or as the coating itself, and turn out fried chicken with a serious bite.
The flavour
Upfront cayenne heat over a savoury, herby, garlicky base. It's properly hot in the Nashville tradition — fierce but flavoured, not just fire — with the kind of red, spiced crust that stains your fingertips and keeps you reaching back for more.
How to cook with it
- Mix it through your flour dredge, then coat brined chicken pieces and fry until deep golden.
- Toss just-fried chicken in a little more so the heat sits right on the crust.
- Stir into melted butter and brush over the fried bird, Nashville-style.
- Season wings before an air-fry or bake for a lower-effort hot-chicken hit.
- Rub over halloumi or cauliflower before frying for a meat-free version.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
