Summer in a shaker
Shandy is Rum and Que's beer-inspired rub built around bright lemon and lime — the zesty, no-heat seasoning that tastes like a cold one on a hot day. It's the one you reach for when the seafood's on ice and the grill's fired for chicken, fish and everything light.
The flavour
Fresh, zingy citrus up front — lemon and lime over a light savoury base. It's clean and summery rather than heavy, with no chilli heat, so it lifts delicate proteins instead of overpowering them.
How to cook with it
- Dust it over white fish or prawns just before they hit a hot grill or pan.
- Season chicken wings or thighs for a fresh, citrusy alternative to a heavy BBQ rub.
- Sprinkle over grilled corn, zucchini or asparagus with a squeeze of lime.
- Rub onto calamari or a whole snapper before the barbecue.
- Shake over hot chips with a wedge of lemon for a zesty side.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
