The competition brisket secret
Beef Injection is how the Butchers Axe crew keep a brisket juicy through a 12-hour cook. It's a savoury, smoke-kissed moisture-and-flavour booster you pump deep into big beef cuts so the middle stays as tender as the bark is dark. A rub does the outside; this does the inside — the difference between a good brisket and a great one.
The flavour
Deeply savoury and beefy with a subtle smoke note running through it. Umami-rich from yeast extract and flavour enhancer, it dissolves cleanly and carries seasoning and moisture right to the centre of the cut.
How to cook with it
- Dissolve ¼ cup of powder into 300ml of your chosen liquid until fully mixed.
- Inject evenly through a 5–7kg brisket or a batch of beef cheeks, spacing the sites.
- Rest the injected meat in the fridge at 0–4°C for 4–6 hours to distribute.
- Smoke low and slow, then finish with Bullseye or Big Bark for a killer bark.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
