This is how you turn a plain chicken breast into a pub-worthy schnitty at home. Atomic Chicken's Original Schnitzel Coating gives you that thick, golden-brown crunch that shatters when you cut in — proper crumb, proper flavour, no soggy middles. Whack it on a schnitty burger or smother it in a parmi and you'll never buy the frozen stuff again.
The flavour
Clean, savoury and moreish — toasted crumb up front, a garlicky-oniony middle backed by that unmistakable chicken-salt savouriness, and a gentle peppery-paprika finish. Balanced enough to carry any topping, tasty enough to eat on its own.
How to cook with it
- Flour, egg-wash, then press chicken breasts into the crumb for a classic golden schnitzel.
- Shallow-fry in hot oil until deep golden, then rest on a rack to keep the crunch.
- Build the ultimate schnitty burger with slaw, cheese and a good sauce.
- Top with Napoli and cheese, grill, and serve a proper chicken parmi.
In the bag
A pale golden, medium crumb speckled with paprika and black pepper. Dry and free-running, it presses on evenly and fries up crisp and craggy.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
