Every great roast chook has a secret weapon packed inside it, and this is Atomic Chicken's. A proper seasoned bread stuffing that swells up soft, savoury and golden — the bit everyone fights over at the table. Just add water, pack it in, and let the bird do the rest. One 500g pouch turns a plain roast into a full Sunday event.

The flavour

Warm, herby and deeply savoury up front — toasted bread and gentle onion — then a rounded, buttery middle with a whisper of turmeric warmth and garden herbs on the finish. Comforting, old-school stuffing flavour with no sharp edges.

How to cook with it

  • Add water to the mix, let it swell, then pack it into the cavity of a whole roast chicken or turkey.
  • Roll it into balls and bake alongside the roast until crisp-edged and golden.
  • Spread it under the skin of chicken breasts before roasting for a flavour bomb.
  • Use it as a savoury base layer in a stuffed pork loin or rolled roast.

In the bag

A dry, coarse crumb blend flecked with herbs and golden turmeric. It rehydrates into a soft, spoonable stuffing that holds together and crisps beautifully at the edges.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MIND

We offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.

Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
