This gorgeous seasoning is a perfect harmony of spicy, sweet Moroccan goodness. It will turn any piece of meat into something majestic.
Ideal for low and slow cooking, lamb shanks and shoulders work a treat. but our recommendation is lamb necks. Yep that's right. Don't be scared try it.
I know we mention lamb a lot, but honestly, this spice rub belongs on everything. The earthy flavours of Cumin blending perfectly with Fennel Seed and a hint of Cinnamon this rub is truly majestic
