The BBQ sauce that bites back
Reckon a BBQ sauce should just sit there being sweet? Boomenero didn't get the memo. This is Booma's sweet-tangy base with a proper hit of habanero smuggled in — the kind of sauce that makes you say "ohh" on the second bite and reach for a third anyway. Sweet enough to please the crowd, hot enough to earn respect.
The flavour
Front is sweet and tomatoey with that familiar Boomtang tang. Mid brings the fruity, floral punch of habanero (a full 10% of the bottle). The finish is where it earns its name — cayenne, chilli and a whisper of Szechuan pepper leave a slow, warming glow that lingers without wrecking your palate.
How to cook with it
- Toss through hot wings straight off the grill for sticky, spicy glory
- Glaze pork ribs in the last 20 minutes so the sugars catch without burning
- Swirl into pulled pork or a brisket chilli for smoky background heat
- Serve as a dipping sauce for anyone who thinks they can handle it
In the bottle
A deep, glossy red with a pourable, clingy body — thick enough to coat a wing, loose enough to brush. You'll see the flecks of chilli and pepper that mean business.

Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, water, tomato, habanero (10%), Worcestershire sauce, onion, apple concentrate, salt, chilli, starch, acidity regulator (citric), cayenne pepper, garlic powder, pepper, Szechuan pepper, vegetable gum (xanthan), cloves.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
