Take the beloved Honey Hog, lace it with jalapeño, and you've got Honey Hog Hot — sweet on the way in, warm on the way out. Straight from Matt Pittman's Meat Church pitmaster arsenal in Waxahachie, Texas, and built for pork and poultry that needs a little edge.
The flavour
Honeyed sweetness leads, backed by paprika and a jalapeño heat that sits at the back. It tastes hotter raw than it eats — the heat mellows through the cook into a balanced sweet-and-spicy finish.
Perfect on
Pork ribs, pulled pork and pork butts, plus chicken, wings and seafood. Run it alongside the original Honey Hog for a proper competition rib layer.
In the shaker
A sweet, rust-red rub with visible jalapeño and a mild-to-moderate heat. Layers beautifully and caramelises into a glossy bark.
The lowdown
Ingredients: Sugar, salt, honey powder (refined syrup, honey), spices (including paprika), dextrose, dehydrated jalapeño, dehydrated garlic, celery, spice extractives, and no greater than 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.

In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
