A proper South Indian pickle with attitude
This is where Mudgeeraba turns up the heat. Sun-dried tomatoes and cayenne lead a savoury, oil-tempered South Indian pickle built on the classic achar spices — fenugreek, black mustard seed, curry leaves and turmeric. It's tangy, deeply savoury and properly spiced: a little goes a long way.

Concentrated sun-dried tomato and tangy vinegar, layered with earthy fenugreek and turmeric, then a genuine medium heat from 17% cayenne. Savoury and moreish rather than sweet.

Medium. With 17% cayenne it carries a real, warming kick — more than the chutneys, but not a chilli-bomb. Use a teaspoon at a time.
Chutney or pickle — what's the difference?
This is a savoury, oil-and-spice pickle (achar-style), not a sweet fruit chutney. It's tangy and spicy rather than sweet.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. Keep it in the pantry and always use a clean, dry spoon — never refrigerate.
