Pitmaster's Bold is Croix Valley's big, brash competition-style barbecue sauce, shaped by pitmaster Damon Holter's years on the competitive circuit, including appearances on Travel Channel's American Grilled. It's made to stand up to brisket and burnt ends without disappearing under the smoke.
The flavour
Front: bold tomato and brown sugar sweetness. Middle: a thick, layered BBQ depth. Finish: a big, lingering savoury close built to hold its own against heavy smoke.
How to cook with it
- Brush onto brisket in the last 15–20 minutes so the sugars glaze rather than scorch
- Warm the bottle first so it spreads evenly over a hot cut
- Use as a dip alongside burnt ends
- Glaze pulled pork straight out of the smoker for extra shine
- Left-field: mix a spoonful into baked beans for a competition-style side

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
