Pulled pork that never dries out
Pork Injection is the Butchers Axe move for perfect pulled pork. A sweet-savoury moisture booster you pump deep into a shoulder, it keeps the meat succulent through the long haul and carries seasoning right to the core. Where the bark handles the outside, this makes sure every forkful of the inside is juicy and full-flavoured.
The flavour
Sweet and savoury with a mild molasses depth and gentle smoke, built to complement pork rather than compete with it. Umami-boosted and clean-dissolving, it delivers moisture and seasoning all the way through the cut.
How to cook with it
- Dissolve ¼ cup of powder into 300ml of your chosen liquid until fully mixed.
- Inject evenly through a 5–7kg pork shoulder, spacing the sites a few cm apart.
- Rest the injected meat in the fridge at 0–4°C for 4–6 hours to distribute.
- Smoke low and slow, rub with Ranger Red, then pull and sauce.
In the bag
A fine, sweet-savoury powder that dissolves smoothly into water, stock or apple juice for a clean, non-clogging injection liquid.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
