Every jerky brand has an origin story, but most of them are written by a marketing agency. This one was written behind a butcher's counter in Melbourne, where Daniel spent years handing out free taste tests until enough people told him it was the best jerky they'd ever eaten. The flavour

Beef first, and plenty of it. The marinade is soy sauce and apple cider vinegar doing quiet work underneath — savoury depth, a tang that cuts the richness — and then cracked black pepper lands on the finish with a warm, gentle bite. No sweetness, no smoke, no chilli. Just Victorian grass-fed beef seasoned like a butcher would season it.
