The flavour

Savoury first and last. The burger salt lands salty and garlicky with a caramel edge from the brown sugar, the sauce brings creamy tang and gherkin, the pickles cut a clean acidic line straight through the fat, and the chicken salt finishes moreish and slightly sweet on the chips. No chilli anywhere in the box — this is a flavour build, not a heat challenge, so the kids can eat it too.

How to build it

• Get the plate screaming hot. Ball your mince, smash it thin, and hit it with the Burger Salt the second it lands — not before. That's the whole trick.
