The Squealer is BBQ Mafia’s pork specialist — a sweet-and-tangy rub built to caramelise into sticky, mahogany bark on ribs and belly. If it oinks, this is the jar you reach for.
The flavour
Sweet and slightly tangy up front, savoury and rounded through the middle, with a gentle caramelised finish. Balanced for pork’s natural richness — enough sugar to lacquer, enough salt and spice to keep it savoury.
How to cook with it
- Coat a rack of ribs and smoke low and slow until the rub sets into a sticky, deep bark.
- Season pork belly generously and cook gently so the sugars caramelise without scorching.
- Rub pork chops and grill over medium heat, keeping the sweeter side away from direct flame.
- Use it on a shoulder for pulled pork, then reseason lightly after pulling.
- Rogue move: dust it over apple wedges roasting alongside the pork.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
