Blues Hog Honey Mustard is a thick, golden gourmet sauce that opens with the zesty tang of prepared mustard and finishes with the mellow sweetness of honey. An exotic blend of spices rounds it out — built to flatter smoked and grilled meats without ever taking over.

How to use it

🏴☠️ Darryl's Secret: Honey Mustard Glazed Ham
Christmas ham, any month you can get away with it.
You'll need: 1 cooked half leg ham (about 3kg); ¾ cup Blues Hog Honey Mustard; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 20 whole cloves.
Do this:
- Peel off the rind, leaving the fat, and score it in a diamond pattern. Stud each diamond with a clove.
- Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes to warm through.
- Mix the Honey Mustard with the brown sugar and brush it on every 15 minutes for the next 45 minutes until the fat goes golden and sticky.
Why it works: Building the glaze in thin coats gives you a lacquer instead of a puddle.
