Hot Honey Butter Mix: sweet meets heat in a stick of butter

Sweet, smoky and spicy, all melting into one. Stir Hot Honey Butter Mix through softened butter for an instant compound butter that drips honeyed heat over everything it touches. The good kind of trouble.

The flavour

Honeyed sweetness up front, warm smoke through the middle and a spicy kick on the finish. Rich, glossy and moreish.

Perfect on

Made for fried chicken and cornbread. Brilliant melted over ribs, roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled corn, biscuits and pancakes, or brushed onto hot wings.

How to use

Add 2 tablespoons of mix to one stick (8 tablespoons) of softened butter and combine. Roll and chill, or use straight away as a melting butter.
