The flavour
Sea salt and sugar set the base, savoury garlic-onion and yeast-extract umami build through the middle, and Worcestershire, beef stock and a flick of lemon peel finish it off. Deeply savoury without shouting over the beef.

A savoury, russet-toned blend with a medium grind that forms a proper crust on big cuts. The 14 oz jar means you won't run dry mid-brisket.
Ingredients & Dietary
Ingredients: Sea salt, sugar, spices including chili pepper, dehydrated garlic and onion, yeast extract, paprika, Worcestershire sauce (vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel colour [contains sulfites], garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, maltodextrin), beef stock, lemon peel, turmeric (colour), citric acid, and no more than 2% tricalcium phosphate.
Dietary: Gluten friendly (as stated by the brand). Contains yeast extract; sensitivities: sulfites — always check the physical label.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
