Private Stock is Croix Valley's reserve-style house barbecue sauce, built for the brisket-and-burnt-ends crowd. It carries the same nine-World-Championship pedigree as the rest of the range, in a bottle positioned as the brand's premium house pour.
The flavour
Front: rich tomato and brown sugar sweetness. Middle: a deep, layered BBQ base. Finish: a rounded, savoury close built to stand up to heavy smoke.
How to cook with it
- Brush onto brisket in the last 15–20 minutes so the sugars glaze rather than scorch
- Warm the bottle before brushing so it spreads evenly
- Glaze pulled pork straight out of the smoker
- Use as a finishing dip alongside ribs
- Left-field: stir into mayo for a smoky burger sauce
In the bottle
Deep mahogany-brown, thick and glossy, similar in body to the range's other premium sauces. Clings well to a brush and caramelises gently under heat without burning if kept moving.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
