The all-rounder that talks big and backs it up
Some rubs pick a lane. Risk It just throws the lot in the boot and tells you to trust the drive. It's the everyday shaker for the cook who can't be bothered owning fifteen jars — one savoury, well-balanced blend that makes near enough anything taste like you meant to do that.
The flavour
Savoury and rounded from the front — salt and spice doing the heavy lifting, dehydrated veg building a mellow background depth. No sugar spike, no chilli slap; just a clean, moreish season that lets the meat stay the hero. Finishes long and gently savoury.
How to cook with it
- Rub hard over a beef rump or scotch fillet before a hot sear
- Season lamb chops or a shoulder the night before for a deeper bark
- Toss chunks of pumpkin, spud and carrot in oil and Risk It, then roast
- Cheeky one: a light dusting over sharp cheddar and crackers for a grazing board

A dry, even-grind blend — earthy browns flecked with vegetable and spice. Free-running out of the shaker, no clumping, coats evenly rather than sitting in lumps.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
Please report any issue within 5 days of receiving your item. We kindly ask that you provide clear evidence of the fault or damage, so we can expedite your request efficiently.
