A balanced sweet-and-smoke competition sauce
Sweet 'n Smokey is tuned for the balance competition judges look for — sweetness and smoke in equal measure, with nothing dominating. It comes from the same Hudson, Wisconsin family that's racked up nine World Championship BBQ titles.
The flavour
Front: brown sugar sweetness. Middle: a smoky depth that builds through the middle. Finish: a balanced, rounded close with neither element overpowering.
How to cook with it
- Brush onto pork ribs in the last 15–20 minutes so the sugars glaze, not burn
- Warm the bottle before brushing for an even coat
- Use as a finishing sauce on grilled chicken
- Glaze burgers in the final few minutes on the grill
- Left-field: brush over brisket burnt ends for an extra layer of sweetness

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
