You'll need: 2 cups frozen peas; 20g butter; 1 tbsp Fresh Mint Jelly; Salt and pepper.
Do this:
- Boil the peas for 3 minutes and drain.
- Add the butter and mint jelly and roughly crush with a fork. Season.
