Made with a good squeeze of lemon, this very minty jelly lifts roast lamb, carrots, peas and new potatoes onto a new plane of deliciousness.
Grown in open fields, our mint is washed and chopped within three hours of its harvest, meaning it’s flavoursome, fresh and marvellously minty.
Delicious with roast lamb.
