Old Bones took the classic buffalo wing sauce and built it properly. Cayenne and habanero make up over a third of the bottle, so the chilli flavour is front and centre. Sharp, tangy vinegar hits first, a little oil gives it a smooth, rich mouthfeel, and onion, garlic and spice fill out the middle. The finish is a clean cayenne warmth that makes you grab the next wing before you’ve finished the last one.

A glossy orange-red sauce, pourable but with enough body to coat a wing evenly. Heat is Medium — the friendly side of hot, tangy rather than scorching, and dangerously easy to keep eating.
