Inspired by Louisiana-style pepper sauces, this one is all about fresh flavour. Australian-grown jalapeños lead with a bright, citrusy, almost grassy tang. Garlic and onion fill out the middle with savoury depth, and a light touch of spice rounds it off. The finish is clean and zingy rather than hot, which is exactly why it ends up on everything from morning eggs to late-night tacos.
