How's it different to the Traditional Queensland Mango?
The Sri Lanka version is spicier and brighter with a chilli finish; the Traditional is mild and classic. This is the one for heat-seekers.
Does it need refrigerating?
No. Store it in the pantry and use a clean, dry spoon — never refrigerate.
