Same tangy tamarillo character as the big jar, just sized for a first try. Rub a pork shoulder with Meat Church Honey Hog, smoke it to 94°C, pull it, then pile it into a toasted roll with a thick smear of this relish and a squeeze of Rum and Que Mustard Sauce.
