Twelve minutes, zero washing up.
You'll need: 4 white fish fillets; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 tsp Lemon & Herb; 1 lemon, sliced.
Do this:
- Lay each fillet on a square of foil, drizzle with oil and dust with Lemon & Herb.
- Top with lemon slices and seal into loose parcels.
- Cook on a hot barbie with the lid down for 12–15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
- Open at the table and spoon the juices over.
