Back in 2014 a pot of honey got left in a smoker by accident — and Blend was born. This is the original: 100% raw, non heat-treated Australian honey from local beekeepers, gently cold-smoked and blended with artisan spice. Sweet like honey should be, with a slow campfire finish you'll want on everything.

The flavour

Pure floral honey sweetness up front, then a warm roll of hickory smoke through the middle, finishing on a savoury note of toasted paprika. It's honey with a proper backbone — never one-dimensional, never cloying.

How to use it

• Drizzle over thick-cut crispy bacon for the sweet-smoky-salty trifecta.
• Spoon straight onto a cheese board — brilliant with aged cheddar, blue and soft brie.
• Brush over ham or roast carrots in the last few minutes for a glossy glaze.
• Pour over pan-fried halloumi and finish with cracked pepper.
• Whisk into a salad dressing, or stir a spoonful into a whisky sour for a smoky twist.

A deep amber, slow-pouring raw honey with a matte sheen. It ribbons off the spoon and sets soft — spreadable straight from the pantry, no runniness.
