Bring a bit of classic American-style barbecue home. Big Paulie is BBQ Mafia’s take on Alabama White Sauce — a lighter, creamy, tangy, pepper-forward sauce that cuts through smoke and fat where a heavy red sauce would only pile on.
The flavour
Creamy and cool up front, sharp with vinegar and black pepper through the middle, finishing tangy and moreish. It’s the balance to rich smoked meat — bright, peppery and just a little sneaky.
How to use it
- Drizzle it over smoked or grilled chicken straight off the heat.
- Dress a slaw with it instead of mayo for a peppery, tangy lift.
- Spoon it into an open pulled-pork roll, over the pork, before the lid goes on.
- Use it as a dipping sauce for wings and tenders.
- Rogue move: thin it a touch and use it as a salad or potato dressing.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
