Hot Sweet Chilli Sauce — For People Who Actually Like Chilli
Mitch's Preserves didn't build this one for the faint-hearted. It's their full-heat chilli sauce, made for people who order the "hot" option and mean it.
Chilli and capsicum lead, backed by onion and garlic and a proper hit of fish sauce for savoury depth, then balanced with salt, sugar and vinegar so the heat has something to sit on rather than just burning through.
Perfect on: stir it straight through a wok of veggies and noodles, use it as the dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls, or spoon it over fried rice when the usual chilli sauce isn't cutting it.
Full heat, proper chilli character — this is the one for the table when someone claims they can handle it.
