A Tropical Curveball for the Toast Rack
Mitch's Preserves takes pineapple somewhere most jam makers don't bother going, and it works a treat. Pectin and a good hit of lemon hold the fruit's natural tang in check, so what lands on your spoon is properly pineapple — not a vague tropical suggestion.
Perfect on: Thick white toast, warm scones, or stirred through natural yoghurt for something a bit different at breakfast. Also does a genuinely good turn glazing a ham before it goes in the oven.
Expect a golden, glossy jam with soft fruit pieces suspended through it rather than a smooth puree — proof there's real pineapple doing the work, not concentrate. Sweet and sunny front to back.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
