Meat Mitch built their name winning world barbecue titles — and this Hatch Chili & Taco Seasoning brings that same flavour-first thinking to taco night. Real Hatch chilli, no shortcuts.
The flavour: earthy roasted Hatch chilli, bright tomatillo and lime, and a savoury onion-garlic backbone. Authentic green-chilli character with a tangy southwestern lift.
Perfect on: beef and chicken tacos, burritos, nachos, chilli con carne, roast corn, fajitas and taco bowls. Two tablespoons per 500g of mince and you're sorted.
In the shaker: a rust-and-green flecked seasoning with a fine grind that coats evenly and blooms in a hot pan. Mild, family-friendly heat.

Ingredients: Salt, spices (incl. Hatch chilli pepper), dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, tomatillo), sugar, soybean oil, citric acid, dehydrated lime peel, dextrin, modified corn starch, natural & artificial green chilli flavour, fractionated coconut oil, extractives of paprika (colour), calcium silicate (≤2%, anti-caking).
Dietary/Allergens: Gluten Free, No MSG. Contains soy and coconut.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
