Made from home-grown quinces cooked slowly down with sugar and lemon juice until they give up their colour and set into something rich, clear and honestly a bit special.
Perfect on: Spread thick on hot buttered toast, or serve alongside roast chicken or turkey where its bright acidity does the job cranberry sauce wishes it could.
In the jar: A deep garnet-red jelly, glass-clear and firm-set, sweet with a fruity tartness that only quince can pull off.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
