Meat Church's Texas-style coating mix delivers that classic Southern crunch — golden outside, juicy inside. Built for chicken fried steak, but it shines on fried chicken, schnitzels, pork cutlets and even veg. Pub-worthy crunch and bold savoury flavour, no deep-fryer required.

Perfect on
Chicken fried steak, Southern fried chicken, schnitzels and pork cutlets, fried mushrooms and veg. Deep fry, shallow fry or air fry — it works your way.
How to use
Pat the protein dry and season with salt and pepper. Optionally dust with plain flour first, then dip in egg wash or buttermilk and coat generously in the breading. Fry until golden and cooked through, rest briefly, then get stuck in. Double-dredge (breading, egg wash, breading) for extra crunch and finish with gravy or hot honey.

International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
