Meat Church Blanco is the white, buttery, all-purpose seasoning that never asks what's on the menu — it just makes it better. Built around clean salt, garlic and onion with a rounded butter note, it's the shaker Matt Pittman's crew reach for when a cook needs seasoning, not a flavour statement.
Front is clean salt with dehydrated garlic and onion. The middle turns rounded and buttery, courtesy of the butter flavour blend doing quiet work. It finishes savoury and clean — no sweetness, next to no heat — so it seasons without shouting over whatever's underneath.
A pale, fine-to-medium seasoning that dissolves into a savoury, buttery crust rather than sitting on top as visible flecks. Little to no heat.
Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Monosodium Glutamate, Butter Flavour (Maltodextrin, Salt, Organic Sunflower Oil, Enzyme-Modified Sunflower Oil, Rice Starch, Natural Flavours, Tocopherol to preserve freshness).
Dietary: No gluten. No dairy. Contains monosodium glutamate. Always check the physical label for the most accurate ingredient, allergen and nutritional information.
Blanco earns its "everything" name — I've hit steak, eggs and a tray of spuds with the same shaker before lunch. Keep Fancy Hanks Coffee & Molasses close for a dark, bitter-sweet mop on the steak, and Tracklements Strong English Mustard on the side for a sharp finish that cuts the butter. No smuggling required — this one sells itself.
Savoury and buttery with a garlic-onion backbone and almost no heat — think steak seasoning gone universal, built to work on protein, veg and eggs alike.
Yes — monosodium glutamate is on the ingredient list, alongside butter flavour for that rich, rounded taste. It's gluten free and dairy free. Always check the physical label.
340g (12oz), Meat Church's standard shaker size, made in Waxahachie, Texas.
Steaks first, but truly anything — chicken, vegetables, eggs, even a Bloody Mary rim. Dial it up for crust or go light for a clean seasoning.
