The Cheeseboard Classic, Made With Home-Grown Fruit
Just quince, sugar and lemon juice, cooked down until it's dense enough to slice and sweet enough to make a sharp cheddar taste even sharper.
Perfect on: Slice it next to a hard cheddar or aged pecorino, or melt a spoonful down and brush it over pork or lamb as a glaze in the last few minutes of cooking.
In the jar: A deep amber-red paste, firm and sliceable, with a clean fruity sweetness and a light tang from the lemon.

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout. Orders to New Zealand are calculated by weight and shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically shipped the next business day.
