Some hot sauces shout. Uncle Mungo's Smoked Truffle purrs. This is the grown-up of the lineup — rich, smoky and full of depth, a truffle hot sauce built for the cook who reads the menu at the hatted joint and still wants a flicker of fire.
The flavour & heat
Cayenne chilli lays down a gentle, savoury warmth up front, roasted onion and garlic build the savoury middle, and lightly smoked black Périgord truffle does the heavy lifting on the finish — earthy, luxurious and unmistakable. It's flavour first, gentle warmth second.

Ingredients & Dietary
Ingredients: Cayenne chilli (29%), onion, garlic, white vinegar, brown sugar, olive oil, salt, parsley, food acid (330), xanthan gum, black Périgord truffle (1%), truffle essence.
Dietary: Gluten friendly — no gluten ingredients are listed, though it may contain traces if made in a facility that also handles gluten. No animal products are listed, so it suits a vegan diet based on the listed ingredients. Always check the physical label.

DUE TO ACCIDENTAL ORDER OR CHANGE OF MINDWe offer refunds and/or exchanges, providing a request for return is received within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of you, the customer. For domestic orders (AUS & USA) a prepaid shipping label can be provided, with the associated costs being deducted from the refunded amount. International (Asia) returns will need to be arranged by the customer, and will require a tracking number.
Any refund or exchange will only be issued once the original item has been shipped back to us.
DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM
In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs.
