The Jack Daniel's® Beef Rub is made for a sweet and spicy bark, especially on larger cuts headed for the smoker. Just like the charcoal-mellowed whiskey it takes its name from, this rub has its own unique flavour.
The flavour
Sweet up front, a spicy backbone through the middle, and a savoury finish built to stand up to twelve hours of smoke. Balanced for beef — assertive without stealing the show.
How to cook with it
- Brisket: cover the entire surface evenly, refrigerate at least an hour, then apply a second coat before it hits the smoker — the brand's own protocol
- Beef short ribs low and slow
- Sunday roasts and tri-tip
- Steaks when you want sweet-spicy crust

We ship across Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 AUD, with the option to upgrade to Express at checkout.
