Black Mamba is the heavy hitter, a charcoal rub that lays a deep, dark bark on beef and brisket; Grunt brings sweet cherry and chipotle to pork ribs and belly; Grass is cut for lamb backstrap and cutlets; and Snow is the all-purpose shaker for chicken, seafood and veg.
